The Deckers outdoor group is really cracking down on those counterfeiting domain names. And this shows why a trademark clearinghouse willbe so importanted for the new gTLD’s.

UGG boots are being sold for as low as 10 USD and these are cheap plastic made imitations.
This isn’t the first time that the Deckers corporation ceased domain names. Back in december 210 where taken down. Later on some more followed. The domain names are being forwared to a website that explains why the domain names have been ceased.
